For an international company we’re looking for a Senior Financial Accountant.
Responsibilities
- To ensure that accounts are accordance with IFRS (US GAAP)
- To provide management information and supports the infrastructure for a substantial part of the global business
- Optimizing financial and administrative processes
- Overseeing the General ledger activities including fixed assets, inventories, accruals, taxes, currency hedging, trade accounting IAS 39
- Taking full ownership and accountability of the accounting of the Dutch legal entities and
- Subsequent reporting by business unit
- Preparing and filling of the statutory accounts for all
- Dutch entities within the EMEA region.
Profile:
- Bachelor/Master degree in accounting and a minimum of 5 years of experience with all
- Proven track record of improving (accounting) processes
- Hands on mentality
- Good verbal and written communication skills - English mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of IFRS/IAS
- Sound working knowledge of SAP FI and preferably COPA,
- Growth potential
