For our client in Amsterdam, we’re looking for an experienced Store Manager.
Challenge / Mission:
The main objective is to manage the store and team in all areas.
Jobdescription:
- People Management
To transmit the company culture to the team. To recruit new candidates for the store team. To provide with all necessary training and information in order to develop and integrate all members of the team. To evaluate the progress and development of each teammember.
- Business Management
To plan the necessary measures in order to meet the monthly sales targets.
To provide with optimal customer service in accordance with company standards.
To continually monitor the evolution of sales and customer profiles.
To ensure good communication with the headquarters.
To sell next to the team at peak times.
- Merchandising
To ensure that merchandising meets company standards. To optimise selling space in order to achieve maximum profitability
